Event Description:
Watercolor exhibit and demonstrations by Moscow artist Bobbi Kelly will take place during the Latah County Fair. Kelly is the featured artist of the event which is sponsored by the Palouse Watercolor Socius. She is a retired teacher who now teaches art workshops for children and adults. 42 original paintings, prints and note cards will be in the exhibit.

National Guard Armory Building, Latah County Fairgrounds, 1011 Harold Street, Moscow.
