2013 Palouse Basin Water Summit Free Screening
In advance of the 2013 Palouse Basin Water Summit, the City of Moscow and Avista are co-sponsoring a free film "Liquid Assets - The Story of Our Water Infrastructure" on Monday, Sept. 16 from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Kenworthy Performing Arts Centre in downtown Moscow. The film recognizes the tremendous importance of our communities' water systems and challenges us in new ways about how we value and support these systems going forward.
