This training is for housing providers, managers, realtors, lenders, housing advocates, consumer, and government personnel and officials. Learn how to comply with fair housing and lending laws and avoid costly litigation. Learn what your rights are when buying, renting, or owning a new home, the history of the Fair Housing Act, Support Animals, reasonable accommodations, and fair lending.
