Chicken Coeur d'Alene: French-cut chicken breast, stuffed with St. Maries wild rice pilaf mixed with dried craisins and toasted walnuts, oven roasted and finished with a huckleberry demi-glace, served with rosemary red potatoes, and seasonal vegetables
Eggplant Rollitini: roasted eggplant stuffed with ricotta cheese, spinach, shallots, and garlic, topped with zesty tomato marinara
