Recognize the Unity in Diversity! Connect with yourself, each other, and engage your spirit in Divine Play!
We welcome you to a safe environment rooted in community. There will be ample time to warm-up, therapeutic flying incorporating different postures and cooperation, and we’ll finish with some delicious Thai massage techniques. No experience needed! All are welcome.

$25 Drop in -or- double punch on a 5 or 10 class pass

Nourish Potluck to follow at 5:30pm! All are welcome! (workshop attendance NOT required for potluck)
