Event Description:
The City of Moscow will host the artwork of Carl Rowe, the Idaho Conservation League 2019 Artist in Residence, in a short two-day exhibition this December. Landscape Paintings by Carl Rowe showcases the diversity of Idaho’s vast landscape and will be on display at Moscow City Hall on December 9, from 12:00pm to 5:00pm, followed by the artist reception until 7:00pm. The exhibition will continue on December 10, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Moscow City Hall is located at 206 E. Third Street.
