Event Description:
The StoryCorps Archive comprises one of the largest collections of human voices, featuring more than 400,000 individuals sharing their stories. All StoryCorps interviews are preserved at the American Folklife Center at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C.

This workshop will be led by Colette DePhelps, University of Idaho Extension Area Educator and chair of the Palouse-Clearwater Food Coalition. This workshop is FREE.  Please register through our Facebook tickets, so we know how many workshop materials to print. This workshop is "hands-on" and participants will need to bring a laptop, tablet or smart phone.  And, bring a brown bag lunch!

At this workshop, you will:
  • set-up your own StoryCorps account
  • practice recording and post interviews
  • learn how to contribute to, create and manage StoryCorps communities
