WHEN: December 1 - December 15
WHO CAN ENTER: Any home or business within 5 miles of Emsi (409 S. Jackson St., Moscow).
PRIZES: $2,000 prize for the best-decorated business. And $2,000, $1,000, and $500 prizes for the top 3 best-decorated homes.
