Uncommon Creative presents W. Shakespeare's "As You Like It" UC's first venture begins on the Kenworthy stage this summer and you can be a part of the excitement! Rosalind is the banished duke?s daughter who, with her beloved cousin Celia, steals into the forest of Arden after she too has been banned from her uncle?s court. Unbeknownst to these two ladies, Orlando, a young man persecuted in his own brother?s court, also flees and follows Rosalind into the forest after falling in love with her from their first encounter...but the course of love never did go smooth! Identities are reversed, hearts are misled and hysteria ensues in one of Shakespeare?s most classic comedies about jealousy, forgiveness, and true love.
